What is a real estate blog?
It seems like everywhere we turn in recent months we hear lot about social media sites like Facebook, Myspace, and twitter. There has also been a lot of buzz about "blogging." If anyone is like me, I'd hear these terms but not really know what they meant or why they would be important to me personally. It sounded like something that applied to everyone else's industry but not mine, not in Real Estate.
As I looked a little closer at them and what I discovered was rather interesting and I'd like to share that with you. I found that there is a large deficiency in the amount of quality information for specific areas. As I have devoted time into understanding the community that I live and work in, the Santa Clarita Valley, I know that life here is vastly different than life in the surrounding areas.
With that in mind I've created this Blog. Through it I will be able to communicate to you what makes the Santa Clarita Valley so unique and special. I'll share community events, statistics, stories, and insight on life in this Valley. I hope that it will be a resource for you and your friends to visit and research this little gem of an area. Because this is not only where I work, but also where I live many of the topics discussed will be important to me as well as the other people that call this community home.
